amazing space complimentary toiletries powerful shower on-site parking
I stayed in a riverview superking or twin room, and I thought the space was amazing. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries and a powerful shower. The views of the river from the room were just FANTASTIC!!! I also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site parking. It made arrival and departure very easy.
The breakfast buffet, though diverse, sometimes suffered from items not being replenished quickly enough during peak hours.

The reception staff were cute, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. The dining staff provided attentive service during breakfast and dinner, ensuring every guest felt catered to. I found the team professional and focused on every detail.

The hotel's location beside the river offers easy access to scenic walks and is a wonderful experience. I found the proximity to local shops and cafes VERY convenient, with options just a short walk away. The hotel grounds were well-kept.

Wonderful River Stay
helpful staff tasty food
The staff were cute and helpful. The food in the restaurant I found really tasty. Breakfast served at the table was amazing. The room I booked was spacious and clean.
The bed in my room felt uncomfortable. I told the reception about this when I checked out. I expect they will resolve this quickly.

convenient location clean room attentive staff
the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. my room was clean and well maintained. the staff were attentive, and i appreciated their quick responses to my requests.
the bathroom lacked a walk in shower, which posed a problem for accessibility given i use a wheelchair

Riverside Bliss!!!

I really adored the dining area. It offered amazing views of the river during breakfast. It created such a serene start to my day. The Welsh dinner was AMAZING!!! It presented exquisite cuisine. The lamb was cooked perfectly!!!

Wonderful Stay Next to River
relaxing atmosphere attentive staff
I found the location amazing. The dining area overlooked the river and created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. All staffs were attentive. They were cute. Nothing was too much trouble.
The spar bath in my room did not function. The bed felt hard. It was uncomfortable during my sleep.
